What do we do?

 
Our primary goal, is to assist our clients to enable them to utilise digital technology effrectively and appropriately in their organisations.

What does this mean - simpy speaking this means we work closely with our clients to design, develop and maintain websites for their businesses.  From small to very large.  We also create microsites, email and SMS campaigns, content, copy and we assist in developing digital branding strategies.

Creating a website is not done without consideration to a companies overall digital communication mix.  We understand that achieving a wholly integrated campaign is not as straightforward as it sounds. Our project process gives us the best way of achieving this. It also ensures that whatever we do can be easily updated at a later stage - we would hope to be involved in later stages, but this is not essential.  We complete projects (websites and web-based applications so that they can be easily updated at a later stage as a business grows.

We are involved in everything, from the initial sales pitch through to the final sign-off of the project. 

We firmly believe that when you gain a detailed understanding of an organisation and how their business operates, you often come up with new ideas for them (ideas which they may not have thought about previously). Hence the reason why we recommend even to small clients the use of some form of Content Management System (CMS).  We have seen how much a business can benefit from implementing even a very simple CMS - a CMS can assist an organisation in keeping their website up-to-date.
