Cleverminds will prepare a project execution plan for the project, which will: 

 Define the roles and responsibilities of the parties to the development

 Identify the hard and soft approvals procedures for the key stages in the programme

 Plan the change management, planning and quality management techniques that will be followed by all parties.

 Define the communication routes between parties for all areas of operation.

The plan will incorporate a web based, real time project process map which will be updated throughout the project to ensure an efficient flow of information throughout the project team.

 
Cleverminds will provide proactive forward thinking management at all stages of the project from concept to completion.

Cost, Quality, Safety and Progress will be monitored and reported on throughout the project on a regular basis to enable the project team to respond effectively to changing circumstances in order to meet the client's objectives.

PRINCE2

Cleverminds follows the PRINCE2 project methodology when undertaking Projects.

PRINCE2 Overview Diagram we have completed a Mind Map to provide an overview of the PRINCE2 methodology. 

This Mind Map was developed using MindJet's Mind Manager v8 software.
