As project managers our key role is to advise clients throughout the process - from inception to operation, providing the client with the information and advice that will enable them to make the right informed decisions at the appropriate stages during the life of the project.
We have, developed a detailed development process map that is an integrated knowledge base and we have found this to be a powerful tool available to project teams to lever performance and to achieve the desired results consistently. It can be used to assess teams, guide them through the complex inter-organisational project processes and to introduce new processes and practices to team members who are working on project as the project develops. Web based delivery enables all project participants to use a common base of best practice solutions.
